It’s our priority to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity, any type of discrimination by the contractor or client will not be tolerated. All contractors are licensed and insured.

Client testimonials and/or photos will only be used with explicit permission provided by the client.


 

Terms and Conditions:

Payments Policy-

All packaged pricing is due at the time of purchase. For installments, deposits are due at the time of booking along with the signed contract. No exceptions. All balances must be satisfied on the day of completion of the project. There is a 2% late fee for any invoices paid after 3 business days. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellation Policy-

Both parties understand that Client or Contract as a right to terminate a project at any time once begun, if, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. If project is terminated before services is fully fulfilled, The Modern Steward, has the right to retain the non-refundable deposit. If client fails to give proper notice of cancellation of the services, The Modern Steward, has the right to retain full payment made. All cancellation notices request must be made in writing.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling-

Once your session is booked, a time-slot is reserved for you. If for any reason you cannot keep your booking you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the time we are scheduled to arrive in order to reschedule to the next available date (this can only be done once). One request for rescheduling is permitted per project. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. Failure to cancel within 3 days can result in the loss of your deposit. Exceptions permitted at the Contractor’s discretion.
